All events have a minimum event rental time of four (4) hours

Up to 20 guests $250/hour of event time

Up to 35 guests $300/hour of event time

Up to 45 guests $350/hour of event time

Up to 60 guests $375/hour of event time

Up to 70 guests $450/hour of event time

Up to 75 guests $500/hour of event time

*Setup & breakdown time is charged at $150/hour
